Ocean House Hotel - St Ives (Cornwall)

The staff are welcoming, managed the parking onsite. The hotel is close to a train station.

Location: the hotel was very close to centre, St Ives and harbour. We booked an airy room with a view and balcony. The vibe here was quiet. The overall experience was lovely, enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again.

The view of St Ives Harbor from the front porch was gorgeous, and just a few steps away, I found lovely art galleries and restaurants, made my city strolls more fun. The communal kitchen was a good feature, always stocked with everything I needed for my meals and laundry during my time here.

Good room, good view, the shared kitchen provided convenience for quick meals while the easy walk to the town center made exploring easy, though keep in mind that the hike to the hotel is not wheelchair friendly.

My double room had a lovely patio that opened up to a beautiful garden. The kitchen was well-equipped, easy to prepare meals. The location was a stone's throw from the beach, awesome for easy strolls along the coast.

The pillows could be more supportive.

We stayed 2 nights and the location was amazin, right near the beach n town center. The kitchen was really modern and had all the stuff we needed. Comfy beds n pillows. The quick replies to emails were great. It was clean overall, just had a bit of mould that needs fixin.

The hotel's cleanliness and the charming decor added to the overall experience. I found the lack of being able to contact someone when needed slightly frustrating, as it sometimes felt impersonal. I had a lovely time in a unique setting.
